Idowu is a Psychology graduate, a qualified trainer of trainers and an international Training Fellow of the JCI Training Institute, Coral Gables, Florida USA and is currently a faculty member of JCI University USA.

With over 25 years experience in management and training, she has conducted training programs at international
conferences& leadership academies in over 34 countries since 1992. She currently facilitates for major corporate
bodies and is a resource person to several consulting firms. Idowu has a passion for training and has conducted many programs for volunteer groups. She has attended many training, leadership and management programs over the past 25 years.

She has served on several international organisations’ boards and committees including Executive Vice President of
Junior Chamber International. Assigned to Europe in 1993, she chaired a European Conference in Bergen, Norway
with over 22 European countries participating. Between 1994 and 1995, she was the only female member appointed
to serve on the Strategic Planning Committee of JCI representing Africa and in 1996, she was also appointed to serve
on the JCI Training Institute Certification Committee representing Africa.

She currently serves on the Governing Council of the Berachah Foundation which focuses on health and well being
for all. A major project is involvement in the education of the public and assistance in collection of safe blood for all.
