Olumide is well versed in workplace best practices. He has assisted several organisations gain insights into
the benefits of great work place practices and cultures which ensure employee engagement and ultimately
improved productivity. With the premium GPTW Journey Training Courses, he, along with his colleagues, has
provided numerous participants the opportunity to gain confidences and become champions of best work
places. He has attended several Great Place to Work Conferences and also been on work-based
engagements in the UK, Italy, France and the US. He is one of only three Africans certified to lead a GPTW
Training Courses.

He has handled numerous capacity building strategy assignments for developmental agencies. He served,
between 2007 and 2012, as Capacity Building Consultant to the LMDGP/World Bank intervention on
transforming the Lagos State Public Service Staff Development Centre (PSSDC). He conceived and founded
the JCI Nigeria Training Institute (a leadership development institute) and once served as its Chairman. He
consults for numerous Training and Learning organisations including Great Place to Work Nigeria.

With over 20 years post qualification experience, he had his professional accountancy training with Coopers
and Lybrand (now PriceWaterhouseCoopers) in Lagos. He thereafter worked in various capacities in Oil &
Gas, Telecommunications and Lotteries Management. His professional and business experience to date
covers audit, tax, accountancy, internal audit, budget, planning, procurement and materials management,
finance, treasury and accounting and corporate strategy. Beyond his early grooming in processes,
procedures and controls he has been involved in strategic turnarounds and two start ups.
